This notice explains what Furn Contract Furniture & Lighting, Inc. (“Furn”) collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote, apply for a trade account, order samples or subscribe to The Spec Sheet, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, role, work email, phone number, project name and city, quantities, dates, links to files and anything you write in the message field.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to you, prepare quotes, ship samples, manage your trade account and send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the services we use to run this website and our email.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored by our website platform and forwarded to our project team’s inbox. We keep project correspondence for 24 months after a project closes, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time by writing to privacy@furnmade.com. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work. We only use analytics cookies, which help us understand which pages are useful, if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button at the bottom of the page.
Terms of use
The content on this site is for general information about our products and services. Quotes, lead times and prices are only binding when confirmed in writing by Furn. Product images show finishes as accurately as screens allow; always approve finishes from a physical sample. Product names, drawings and photographs on this site belong to Furn unless stated otherwise, and other trademarks belong to their owners.
