The standards on our spec sheets, in plain words
BIFMA
Commercial furniture tests for strength, stability and durability. Our seating is tested to the BIFMA X5.4 lounge standard.
CAL TB 117-2013
California’s smolder-resistance test for upholstered furniture, used as the baseline across the US.
NFPA 260
A cigarette-ignition test for upholstery components, often required by hotel brands and fire marshals.
UL listing
Every fixture from our lighting shop is wired and labeled to UL standards for commercial installation.
FSC
Certified sustainable timber, available on request for most case goods, with chain-of-custody paperwork.
Who qualifies for a trade account?
Interior designers, architects, purchasing agents and owners’ project teams. We’ll ask for a website or a project reference.
Do I need an account to download files?
No. Every spec sheet, CAD file and care guide is open to everyone.
How long do quotes hold?
60 days from the quote date. Once a PO is placed, pricing is fixed.
Do you sell to the public?
No. We sell to projects through designers, purchasing agents and owners.
What’s your warranty?
10 years on case-goods frames, 5 on seating frames, 2 on finishes, upholstery and electrical. Details in the warranty terms above.
