One point of contact, from quote to installation

Quotes, lead times, quality inspections and delivery scheduling, coordinated by a single team, so nothing falls through the cracks between supplier and site.

The purchasing problem

Multi-vendor FF&E programs fail at the handoffs

Case goods from one vendor, lighting from another, freight coordinated by a third: every handoff is a place where a delivery date slips and no one takes ownership.

We consolidate case goods, soft seating and lighting under one production and logistics timeline, with one team accountable for all of it.

How we work with purchasing

Fewer vendors, fewer surprises

Consolidated sourcing

Case goods, soft seating and lighting on one PO, one timeline, one point of contact.

Pre-shipment inspection reports

A documented, photographed inspection on every order before it leaves the plant, sent with the shipping notice.

Quotes in 5 business days

Line-by-line pricing on your spec, with lead time per line and Quick Ship alternatives flagged.

Freight and delivery coordination

We book and track freight to your site or warehouse, including multi-property rollouts, and label every piece by floor and room.

What you’ll have on file

What you’ll have on file

Itemized POs, inspection reports, delivery confirmations and a single project timeline you can hand to your ops team or ownership group without chasing three different vendors for status updates.

Multi-property rollout?

Let us know the scope; we quote portfolio programs.

“

One price, two phases

Our leasing dates kept moving and Furn kept the furniture at their plant until we were ready. The price we signed in October was the price we paid in April. That made my budget meetings very short.

Questions purchasing asks

Questions purchasing asks

What do you need for a quote?

The spec sheets or schedule with quantities, the finish and fabric callouts, the delivery address and the target date. Partial packages are fine.

Are your prices fixed?

Quotes hold for 60 days. Once the PO is placed, pricing is fixed, including freight within the continental US.

What are your freight terms?

Delivered to site or warehouse, with liftgate and inside delivery. White-glove installation is quoted as its own line.

What if something arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery receipt and send photos. Your project lead confirms a replacement date within 1 business day; most replacements ship within 2 weeks.

Can you hold stock for a multi-property program?

Yes. We warehouse finished goods at the plant and release them property by property on your schedule.

Send us the RFQ

We’ll price every line in 5 business days and flag anything that puts your date at risk.
