Drawers, doors and hinges: full travel, soft close, alignment

Upholstery: pattern match, seams, welts and fill

Lighting: wiring, UL label, dimming test and lamp color temperature

Delivery
The last week is the one guests notice
Most furniture failures at opening aren’t manufacturing failures. They’re a pallet at the wrong dock, a crew without the right tools or a headboard nobody has fixed to the wall. Our own crews install every project we build: floor by floor, room by room, with the project lead on site.
