The brief

Calder House combined a members’ club and a co-working floor, and its purchasing agent had quotes from five vendors for different parts of the package. The schedule had no slack: the lease began paying in February whether the club was open or not.

Marlow lounge chairs in cognac leather; Fenn work tables in oak with integrated power; a 30-foot library wall with brass picture lights; and Orren pendants over the dining room. Everything shipped on one PO in two deliveries.
