The brief

Northbeam’s brand gave them 14 months to complete a PIP across all 312 rooms, and the hotel couldn’t close. Rooms came out of inventory four floors at a time, so every week a floor sat empty cost real revenue. They needed a maker who could deliver in drops that matched the contractor’s floor schedule, not one container load at the end.

Floors back on sale early

Every floor we took out of service was money we weren’t making. Furn’s drops landed when the contractor was ready, and we put the last floor back on sale a week early. That’s the first PIP I’ve run where furniture wasn’t the problem.
